In the early 2000s, our founders established M.R.S. Kato to answer the needs of high-quality paper converting products at affordable prices among multi-national companies. Since our conception, our Japanese cofounder ingrained the Japanese work principles of "komakai" (being attentive to details) and "omotenashi" (service customer wholeheartedly) into the company's culture. Furthermore, our Thailand location allows us to deliver our service values to customers at a reasonable price. Although our initial focus was on paper tube products, we keep on expanding our know-how and business to cover more paper converting products and customized designs. M.R.S. Kato Co., Ltd. was established in Bangkok on August 2002 Initially, the company mainly aimed to be a domestic supplier for paper core/tube and paper can container products. However, as we have been collecting expertise in paper tube (core) production for more than 40 years, we keep on expanding our know-how and expand our business to cover additional products related to paper packaging such as durable paper cardboard and paper bobbin. Since our conception, we have always put customers’ satisfaction as a priority, and thus you can expect that we will do our best in providing top quality products and timely delivery.

Business Content: M.R.S.KATO manufactures and supplies paper tube and core of various sizes (bore diameter from 8mm to 200mm) and for various winding applications (such as specialty films, plastics, paper, wires and etc) and product container applications (such as incense, wine, soap, and etc.).
Additionally, M.R.S.KATO also customizes products to fit customers’ requirements. For example, metal cap attachment for durability or assembling paper core/tube to other packaging components (such as bobbins and or cardboard).

Taking the Japanese principle of "omotenashi" to heart, we sincerely consider our customers' special needs to provide reliable
services. The followring examples show some of the ways that we customize our service to accommodate our customers.
Stock Keeping Service
Our customers who practice lean manufacturing require reliable supports to minimize their inventory. However, we often found that uncertainties can complicate our customers' inventory management. Therefore, we offer to mitigate our customers' supply risk by maintaining sufficient stock of their specific products. This reduces lead time for our customers considerably and allows us to respond to an urgent call for supplies quickly and reliably.
Product Development Assistant
Customers frequently come to us with incomplete specifications for their new projects or issues concerning current paper converting supplies. We leverage our long experience in the paper converting industry to assist our customers on many facets: quality standards, design feasibility, material selection, special features, etc. Additionally, we collaborate with customers to develop paper converting products that have non-conventional designs.
